ABC North, The Cigar Store Return Policy

Keeping our customers happy is our number one priority! Returns are easy - if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 15 days of receipt of your order for a prompt exchange, credit, or refund. Before returning the item, please use the link at the bottom of this page to obtain an RMA #. It is important that you make note of this number to include with any returns.

How the return policy works:

For cigars by the box or bundle: If you try 1 cigar and return the remainder, you will receive full merchandise credit, less shipping charges. If you try more than 1, pro-rated credit is applied, less shipping charges.

For samplers, 5-Packs and non-cigar merchandise: Returns must be in new, unopened condition to receive credit.

For promotional items: Promotional items must be returned with your order or you will be charged the retail price for the promotional item(s).

Please keep the original packaging and any accessories to return with the item.

We would appreciate receiving the returned cigars in the condition you received them – as they may well be returned to the cigar maker if they were defective or unsmokable. We reserve the right to issue partial credit or no credit for cigars not returned in satisfactory condition. Please do not send cut or partially smoked cigars.

We will gladly refund original shipping under the following situations:

• You have received defective merchandise.

• We accidentally shipped you the wrong item.

• Your cigars were damaged on their way to you.

In the cases above, we will also pay the shipping on your replacement – using the carrier of our choice.
